Nielson has released a new mobile application report and its findings showcase not only the increase in smartphone usage, but also what applications are most popular. Nielsen surveyed more than 4,200 people who had downloaded a mobile application in the last 30 days.

Internet television is a growing medium and now with Google TV on it’s way the internet may be the medium of choice to get content delivered to your TV. TV’s originally started with over the air signals which eventually led to cable and no satellite, although the software is there to move to internet television; is the broadband going to be able to hand 1080P streaming?
